its been some time since i updated me profile..wats up??wats up??ooo lots have been going on these days..especially with me moody mood mood..y??because loads of stuff.to begin with....COMM2!!!!!!!! the date for comm 2 has already came out and the verdict is..me ah gong is in phase one and i will be in phase two...aih...went to apply for switching to thesecond phase buthen mr.*o* specified that i will have to has a candidate form batch 1 changing to batch 2...aihs...><>
1.people that we will have to share rooms with during the ten days
2.new ppl that we will have to know once agian during the course
3.our dorm
4.transportation to classes
5.electric kettle to boil water for drinks, noodles etc etc...
6.pails to wash clothes
7.most of all having no close friends to talk to....:( especially me ah gong that i miss all the time
the time table for the next sem, sem 3 has came out already another round of sceduling and re-sceduling is gonna start all over again..haihzzz....
buthen.....despite all of the negetivities......hehehe me 21st is coming up..just 6 days more...
me uni bunch of frends and i we are all going for a trip to penang..one day trip that is...of couse me ah gong will be going too...wont be a trip without him...cant wait to go back to me home...to all kinds of food unlike food that is served here...to get to cook instant noodles using the gas stove...lots and lots more things to do...SHOPPING and meeting up with friends will be a definite...
well got lots to say but its time for me to start work..TIMETABLE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!

its a sunny day ere in the jungle..
we are in the ever so 'interesting' etnik class...
so interesting until i cant wait to get out of here..
tis saturday is chen mummys birthday..talked to her last nite..
chen ka che, bro in law, chen mummy,chen baba are having a maaaaakkaaannn tat chen mummy said i will miss..
of cz o..im ere in the so so beautiful grenny with monkeys jungle...
hopefully i can get bac home by the 4th as chen ka che says ahe wanna do a do for me...heheheh

finally got done with all the other assignments..one more left is the one and only presentation tat spells 'food preparation'..
our group tat definately includes me ah gong and i are doing the topic on fish and shellfish...
and u kno wat we learn from preparation class???we learn how to c-o-o-k!!!!!!
lets see..jus briefly...we made spagetti already...whole lot mmm...really all sort of pastas...
made alll kinds of different ways to do eggs...poached,scramble,omlette....tat day was filled with eggy day!!!!!!!^.^
after tat we learnt how to make stocks..all kinds of different stocks..brown stoks,blonde roux to thicken, and also white..all for different stocks and serves different purposes...
after tat was...hehehe..jus last week was poultry..we chopped whole chicken, de-boned quails,made boxing chicken...hehehe was very fun that day...and a whole lot of chicken we had to eat for tat day..
next week....beef and lamd..hopefully get to eat the ever so d-e-l-i-c-o-u-s LAMB....,mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...

tomorrow ah gong will be taking a short trip to kl with ah kee to run some errons for the archery club..they are suppose to help transport stuff for the uum open tats happening...........HERE!!!!!!!in the jungle...

travelling in cars and not busses
having nothing to do
have lots of sleeping time

the air of shopping centres
all types of food that definately includes HOME COOKED FOOD!!!!!!!!!
sushi,western, porky dishes and so much much more
going on line without any hassel of having to change into longs
having he freedom to go to places.................
in short,i miss loads and loads of things and sometimes it really gets to me...
it is the 4th of march today just one day after me ah gong's birthday.we celebated by giving him a surprise party.let me explain how he whole thing went....
first,the four of us waled over to MISC dpp to gather with the guys..there were 13 of us all in all.
we got there just in time 1150..sumthing..hehe then i called him out while the rest of them were hiding far far away at the pondok preparing the surprise cake---THE OREOS CHEESE CAKE from the bakery shop in changloon...After i got his first surprise by me of course geting him out from his dorm we took a slow walk towards the little pondok..then when we reached there the cake was nicely placed on the table for him..lols..obviously he was shocked..hahaz..well after that things got messy..i mean with the cake..and after after that we ate and chat and took photos using mr.Rabi's camera..(have to give some credit to him for helping us take pretty and memorable photos):) when it comes out i'l definately post it on...we finally left at about 1 something and manage to get in bed by 245..hmmmm...well..all in all i was very satisfied with the results as me ah gong was surprised as planned and also happy...
Lastly...HAPPY 22ND BIRTHDA ME AH GONG!!!!!!!!!!!!
having said,this month is so crampt up with assignments and more assignments...buthen even so the assignment that we have produced came out more than satisfied..hahaha..
1.hotel operation management's hotel building assignment--the ever grand SUNSET PARADISO HOTEL located iN BEAUTIFUL DESARU...
2.SANITAION assignment by the four girls in AP4 157--may i say thet it went realy well..the four of us managed to produced 35 pages in total 10,000 over words...phew...TADA!!!!!
HEHEHE..well its really a relief....
well.gtg now..in etnik class now..will update soon...
and and and its one month closer to my biggie 21st...yeepsss!!!!!!!!!!!!:)
